A week ago, during a deep meditative state, I visualized a female figure dancing with movements similar to belly dancing, her body from the waist down was like a tree with long roots and her face changed shapes, but what must have been hair remained branching like a very voluminous tree. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2042413503017463795.post-4646538741668655992023-03-24T16:03:57.418-07:002023-03-24T16:03:57.418-07:00This post has helped me much understanding about t...This post has helped me much understanding about the idols worshipped civilization Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2042413503017463795.post-84870179750371884492021-09-04T11:24:18.298-07:002021-09-04T11:24:18.298-07:00sorry for the typo's. coffee had not kicked in...sorry for the typo's. coffee had not kicked in yet.Leana Albahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06750919485916092479noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2042413503017463795.post-79120066837522696712021-09-04T09:48:10.315-07:002021-09-04T09:48:10.315-07:00How truly marvelous Leana! As i became centered and stilled i heard a female voice whisper in my ear. I asked her name and she said 'Asherah'. I had never hear this name before and when i left i decided to do some research on it. Later that evening my husband returned home from a day at the beach with a small group of men who sought a day of spiritual retreat with each other. He informed me that a whale had surfaced from the sea and made direct eye contact with him and then a giant beautiful woman began walking on the water and he was so overwhelmed he nearly passed out. As i began to researching this mysterious 'Asherah' i discovered that not only was she associated with trees but in ancient port cities she was also known as 'she who walks on the water'. Imagine that we were both touched by the same archetypal energy on the same day. How grand it that! When people don't offer an acknowledgement or a link to the artist, the images often go viral and the source is lost. There is a "Spider Woman" image I did over 20 years ago that I see often on Goddess sites that has become like that........it would be foolish for me to try to go to all the places it occurs and insist on my name below it. I myself am guilty of using images I find without knowing who the artist is, but I justify it when it happens that I can't find the name by knowing, as an artist myself, I enjoy it when people enjoy my work, so in that sense, it is doing what it should do. I noticed on your post the picture of the menorah with the form of a lady; do you know whom the artist was that created this piece? I have been trying to find out for some time to no avail. Thank you for your assistance. Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15120072922009980099noreply@blogger.com
